One year ago, I was living through one of the most difficult moments of my life. Everything felt chaotic and disorganized; nothing made sense. I reached the point of trying to escape reality through substances, which only deepened my sense of feeling lost.

It was then, when I felt I had emotionally hit rock bottom, that I decided it was time to completely transform my life.

Steps Towards Transformation

I started with therapy, enriching readings, and deep work on my mental health. Next, I focused on improving my physical wellbeing through regular exercise, healthy eating, and conscious habits. Simultaneously, I nourished my intellectual curiosity through constant learning. Finally, I took responsibility for my personal finances. Throughout this process, I realized the critical importance of having a support network.

This journey was immensely supported by the arrival of artificial intelligence. On my phone, I had continuous access to a psychologist, fitness trainer, financial advisor, and personal educator, available at any moment. But there was one problem: these tools were disconnected and isolated from each other.
